The Alumni & BCC Business Mixer celebrates connection, inspiration, and shared experience. Current participants, alumni, mentors, mentees, partners, and members of the British Chamber of Commerce will come together in a welcoming and inspiring atmosphere.
For more than 14 years, Equilibrium has been bringing together people ready to dream, dare, and share. Join us for one of the key community events of the programme and enjoy an evening full of meaningful conversations, new encounters, and inspiration.

This panel explores how the concept of beauty is evolving into a strategic business asset linked to confidence, leadership presence and career progression. Through the perspectives of Karolína Bosáková, Happy Hearts and Dove’s purpose-driven marketing approach, the discussion highlights how authenticity and self-belief influence decision-making, personal brand and long-term professional impact. It offers practical insights into why confidence is increasingly recognised as a key driver of performance, talent development and inclusive leadership in modern organisations.

Keynote Speaker

Eva Bučová
Eva Bučová has more than twenty-five years of experience in corporate banking, during which she has held a variety of managerial roles. She joined ING in 2002 and worked in both commercial and risk management positions across ING’s operations in Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and the Netherlands.
She further expanded her expertise in corporate banking at Erste Bank, where she held roles in the Czech Republic, London, and Romania. She later joined the European Investment Bank in Luxembourg, where she was responsible for corporate clients and financial institutions from Central and South-Eastern Europe and contributed to the development of bank guarantees under the European Fund for Strategic Investments.
Eva returned to ING Czech Republic in 2017 as a Senior Advisor, and since 2022 she has led the Corporate Sector Coverage team, focusing on corporate clients. As Chair of the Sustainability Committee, she has also been actively involved in implementing ESG principles within ING’s Czech branch.

Karolína Bosáková
Karolína is a visionary, philanthropist, and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience in both the charitable sector and the international fashion and creative industries.
She founded the agency Unique One Models & Events, is behind the European Fashion Accelerator project, and is the founder of Fashion Week in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. She has long supported innovative projects that connect creativity with positive social impact.
As Co-Founder and CEO of the Happy Hearts Foundation Czech Republic, she focuses on supporting children and education. Through Happy Hearts, she helps build safe schools in areas affected by natural disasters around the world. In the Czech Republic, she promotes philanthropy among the younger generation through the Future Leaders project.
She believes that education is the key to a better future and that everyone has the power to help.

Jana Bollen
Jana is a brand product manager with a strong background in FMCG, combining scientific expertise with brand-building experience. She currently works as Brand Experience Lead at Unilever, where she creates impactful, consumer-centric brand strategies.
She started her career in R&D within the Beauty and Personal Care division, gaining deep insight into product development and consumer needs. Today, she focuses on translating global strategies into local campaigns for brands such as Dove across the Czech and Slovak markets.
