Equilibrium, a mentoring programme for women in business, non-profit and other strands of their working lives, is at the forefront of empowering and supporting women in their personal and professional endeavors. Our goal is to foster an inclusive and nurturing environment where women can thrive, break barriers, and achieve their full potential.

Since the programme’s inception in 2011 our community has expanded to over 1200 Mentors & Mentees creating a vast alumni base of experts and business leaders. Start your mentoring journey with a Mentor that will be matched according to preferences and take control of your career path!

Programme Timeline

  • August

    Registration is closed and the process of pairing begins. Save the Date for all the events is shared.

  • September

    Pairing is finished and the mentoring pairs are announced. Opening Session takes place at the end of the month.

  • October

    Mentoring Essentials for both Mentors & Mentees are being held and the mentoring journey begins.

  • November

    Series of workshops and My Story events begins. All Mentors and Mentees are invited.

  • December

    The last mentoring session of  2024 takes place and everyone is getting ready for the Christmas break.

  • January

    A networking event for all Participants is being held. Mentoring journey continues.

  • February

    Mid-term evaluation workshop is organized to make sure all our Mentees are reaching their goals. 

  • March

    Panel discussion with our Partners is being held on topics of diversity and women empowerment. 

  • April

    Series of workshops and My Story events continues. All Mentors and Mentees are invited.

  • May

    Spring workshops with our partners are being held. Alumni Business Mixer with 1500 invitees is organized for the whole Equilibrium community.

  • June

    The mentoring journey is at its end and the programme is officially finished at the Closing Ceremony. The certificates are sent to all participants.
