We are delighted to welcome you to an afternoon networking event where you will have the opportunity to meet and connect with the vibrant community of Mentors & Mentees who will be part of the upcoming edition.
You will meet the Steering Committee and the Equilibrium Team who will introduce the programme & important information regarding the organisation. Their insights and guidance will serve as a solid foundation for your participation in this enriching journey.
The charity partner for the Opening Session is Doctors Without Borders / Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF). As part of our commitment to making a difference, participants can look forward to a charity raffle with valuable prizes. All proceeds from the raffle will be donated to Doctors Without Borders, supporting their unwavering commitment to providing medical aid and humanitarian assistance to those in need.

Keynote Speaker
Dita Stejskalová
Business Director & Partner, Ogilvy
Highly regarded for her insight and effectiveness in developing and managing communications programs for high-profile Ogilvy clients in the Czech Republic, Dita has been a trusted advisor to executives for almost 30 years through a wide variety of business cycles. Dita has also taken her leadership into the wider business community as a founding member of Odyssey 2010, a mentoring program for Czech businesswomen. Formerly Chairperson of the Czech Association of Public Relations Agencies (APRA), she has also co-authored books on corporate communications strategies. In 2020, the Association of PR Agencies APRA awarded Dita for her long-term contribution to public relations industry. In June 2023, she handed over leadership of Ogilvy Public Relations to her successor and focuses on business development in Ogilvy Czech, cooperating with colleagues across WPP agencies. Dita has been an active mentor in the WPP Czech mentoring program, Odyssey, European Women on Boards, Femme Palette and a proud new mentor in Equilibrium. She supported several NGO’s including the NEURON Foundation, BONA Foundation, Leontinka Foundation, Vaclav Havel Library, and Konto Bariéry. In 2019, she was a member of the PR jury at the Cannes Lions, international festival of creativity.
Dita is a graduate of the University of Economics in Prague, Faculty of International Trade. She studied NLP in Great Britain. She has a passion for bridges as monuments of engineering genius and a great symbolism of connection and communication.
