Last week, we hosted the incredible Equilibrium Alumni & BCC Business Mixer at the beautiful Alchymist Hotel. This event was a great chance for Equilibrium alumni to meet up again, for current mentors and mentees to connect, and for everyone to network with other BCC members.

The highlight of the evening was the Lifetime Mentorship Award given to Brigitte Lintner, Jana Ryšlinková, and Eva Shaw for their incredible dedication as mentors in the Equilibrium program. These awards reminded us of our gratitude towards our dearest mentors. Some of them, like those awarded, have been with us almost from the beginning of the program. Think about the great number of lives they shaped with their mentoring and their advice.

The evening followed with a motivational talk by Martin Lupa. Martin has been a dedicated mentor in our Equilibrium program for over five years and surprised everyone with the amount of work he puts into many various projects. We were also very excited to support our charity partner, Kuchařky bez domova, during the event. We held a charity raffle that was not just fun, with lots of great prizes from our partners, but also for a good cause. We are proud to say that we raised 30,000 crowns to help them continue their important work. GIVET, our event partner, provided another special part of the evening. They set up a stand where guests could try out their luxurious skincare products. It felt very special and added an extra touch of elegance to the evening. Everyone also got a goodie bag with GIVET skincare products to take home, which was a lovely way to remember the night.

We’d like to say a big thank you to our Patron Česká spořitelna and Park Plane International School, our General Partner, for their support. Their involvement was crucial for making the evening a success. Their dedication to building a growth community aligns with our goals at Equilibrium.

The mixer was a great success and showed how important these events are for building and maintaining connections within our community. It was a night of making new friends, catching up with old ones, and sharing experiences and ideas. We can’t wait for the next one and hope to see even more of you there to continue building on our successes together. Remember to Dream, Dare, Share!
