WORKSHOP: Build The Duck with Romana Procházková

Build the Duck is an interactive workshop led by Romana Procházková, inspired by the Lego® Serious Play® methodology. Through a deceptively simple building challenge, participants explore essential themes of teamwork, communication, and innovation. What begins as a playful task quickly uncovers deeper insights into collaboration, creativity, and the value of diverse perspectives, revealing how we think, solve problems, and work together. 🦆💡

This dynamic, hands-on experience offers fresh perspectives on communication, innovation, and inclusive thinking. Energising and reflective at the same time, the workshop demonstrates how even simple activities can spark meaningful discoveries and strengthen the way we connect and collaborate. Romana Procházková – Executive Coach and Leadership Consultant

With a Master’s degree in psychology and more than ten years of HR experience in the fast-paced automotive industry in the Czech Republic and abroad, Romana combines psychological insight with real-world business practice to support leaders in navigating complex roles with confidence.

As an executive coach, she helps her clients manage leadership challenges while expanding their impact and aligning professional ambitions with personal fulfilment.

Outside of work, Romana is a proud mother of two, a partner to a busy husband, and an enthusiastic car-karaoke singer — because every journey deserves its soundtrack.
