We would like to invite you to the first workshop of Equilibrium 16 – Are You Making the Most of Your Strengths?, led by Markéta Gabzdyl Tichá, MSc., certified Gallup coach and founder of Cloud 9 Institute.

This interactive workshop will help you discover your natural talents and strengths and explore how to use them more effectively in your professional and personal development. You will learn why focusing on strengths can be more powerful than trying to fix weaknesses and gain an introduction to the CliftonStrengths methodology, including its four talent domains and 34 talent themes.

Through practical exercises and self-assessment, you will explore your own talents and learn how a strengths-based approach can support leadership, collaboration and working with people with different talents and working styles. The workshop will also offer practical ideas for applying these insights to your daily work, professional development and mentoring journey.

Workshop will be led by
