With a Master’s in psychology and over a decade of HR experience in the fast-paced automotive industry—both in the Czech Republic and internationally—Romana blends psychology with real-world business insights to help leaders navigate their roles with confidence.

As an executive coach, she guides clients through the demands of leadership to a space where they can expand their impact and live out their dreams, helping them align their professional and personal lives as one.
