This year, the Equilibrium Mentoring Programme proudly celebrates its 15th Edition. To mark this milestone, we warmly invite our entire alumni community to join the Opening Session and come together for an evening of inspiration, connection, and celebration.

17:00 – 18:00 Official Start of the Event for Equilibrium Alumni Community

Keynote Speaker: Tereza Bůžková, CEO, The Kellner Family Foundation

Tereza Bůžková graduated in Economics from the Faculty of Social Sciences at Charles University and began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers before moving to Deloitte, where she focused on transaction advisory. She later led a team at the British Embassy in Prague supporting UK companies on the Czech market. Today, as Chief Executive Officer of the Kellner Family Foundation, she oversees philanthropic programs with a strong focus on education in the Czech Republic.
