What started as a short-term assignment in Prague unexpectedly turned into nearly two decades of leadership, transformation, and personal growth, shaping not only Clare’s career but also her life.

By leaning into discomfort and navigating constantly changing market environments, she progressed from a national Managing Director role to overseeing valuation operations across an entire continent. Her story shows how grit, adaptability, and vision can open doors far beyond what we initially imagine.
Beyond her professional achievements, Clare openly reflects on balancing an international career with life as a spouse, parent, and passionate rower. Her story reminds us that success is rarely linear and it thrives where resilience, self-doubt, and personal fulfilment meet.
