Věra Jourová

Before joining the European Commission, Věra Jourová was the Czech Republic’s Minister for Regional Development (2014) and worked as an international consultant on EU funding and accession activities in the Western Balkans (2006–2013). She holds a Law degree and a Master’s in the Theory of Culture from Charles University in Prague.
