MENTORS: Midterm Check-in Workshop: How Do I Stand on My Mentoring Journey?

We are pleased to announce the upcoming Equilibrium ONLINE Workshop featuring Kristin LaRonca Parpel from our Steering Committee.

The online workshop offers an opportunity to reflect on the mentoring journey so far from the position of a MENTOR.

What challenges are you facing when mentoring?

What has shifted in your mentoring relationship so far?

What has been the most valuable learning for you as a mentor up to this point?

How can you best support mentees towards the end of the programme?

Mentors will assess the current stage of the mentoring journey and explore how to shape the next steps ahead.

This session will be highly interactive, encouraging mentors to work together, challenge perspectives, share blind spots, and reconnect with one another.

*Workshop will take place on Zoom. The Zoom link will be distributed together with the confirmation of the registration.
