MENTEES: Mid-term Check-in Workshop: How Do I Stand on My Mentoring Journey?

We are pleased to announce the upcoming Equilibrium ONLINE Workshop led by Yvona Tošnerová from our Steering Committee.

The online workshop offers an opportunity to reflect on the mentoring journey so far from the position of a MENTEE.

What challenges are you currently facing in your mentoring journey?

What has changed inside of you since the start of the mentoring relationship?

What has been the most valuable learning or insight for you so far?

What kind of support do you need most as you move towards the end of the programme?

Mentees will assess the current stage of the mentoring journey and explore how to shape the next steps ahead.

This session will be highly interactive, encouraging mentees to work together, challenge perspectives, share blind spots, and reconnect with one another.

*Workshop will take place on Zoom. The Zoom link will be distributed together with the confirmation of the registration.
