Mentees’ Essentials (OFFLINE EVENT)

Registration will open following the release of the first newsletter.

Please note that participation is compulsory for all mentees to ensure a clear understanding of the programme structure and a successful mentoring journey. You may choose to attend either the online or offline session.

Join us for the offline version of Mentees Essentials, a dedicated session designed to equip mentees with the tools and insights needed to make the most of their mentoring journey.

In this interactive workshop, you will explore practical strategies for setting meaningful goals, communicating effectively with your mentor, and building a valuable mentoring relationship. There will also be space for questions, shared reflections, and a clear overview of what to expect throughout the programme.

The workshop will be led by Kristin LaRonca Parpel, member of the Steering Committee of the Equilibrium Mentoring Programme.

On-site registration starts at 9:00 AM. Please arrive on time to allow enough time for the security check at the Embassy entrance. Please note that a valid form of identification, such as a national ID card or passport, is required to enter the Embassy.
