16th Equilibrium Opening Session

We are delighted to welcome the new participants of the Equilibrium Mentoring Programme to the Opening Session of its 16th edition.

This session marks the beginning of your mentoring journey and offers an opportunity to meet fellow participants, connect with the Steering Committee, get to know the Equilibrium Team, and attend an inspiring keynote speech by Adriana Jahňáková.

During the session, we will introduce the programme structure, share key information and practical tips, and make sure you have everything you need for a successful start.

  Adriana Jahňáková

Adriana Jahňáková has twenty-nine years of senior executive experience at global companies, including Procter & Gamble, Coca-Cola, Plzeňský Prazdroj and LEGO. During her eleven years at LEGO, she served as General Manager for the Czech Republic and Slovakia and later as Vice President of Global Marketing at its headquarters in Denmark.

She has extensive expertise in marketing, business growth and strategic leadership. She has also been a long-term mentor in several programmes dedicated to supporting and developing female talent.

After leaving the corporate world, she founded AJ Vision Lab, providing consultancy, coaching and mentoring to leaders across the corporate, nonprofit and entrepreneurial sectors.
