This year’s Alumni & BCC Business Mixer once again brought together the Equilibrium community and members of the British Chamber of Commerce in the Czech Republic for an evening dedicated to connection, inspiration, and shared experience.
With over 150 participants, alumni, mentors, and partners in attendance, the event created a vibrant space for meaningful conversations and new connections across industries.
The programme featured opening remarks by Pavel Fara and Petra Ondrušová, followed by an insightful keynote from Eva Bučová, who shared reflections from her international career and perspectives on leadership in today’s evolving business environment.
A highlight of the evening was the panel discussion “Redefining Beauty for Authentic Leadership,” with Karolína Bosáková and Jana Bollen, moderated by Alexandra Ilková. The conversation explored the growing importance of authenticity, confidence, and purpose in shaping modern leadership and professional growth.
The evening concluded with a lively networking session, offering space to reconnect, exchange ideas, and strengthen the bonds that make the Equilibrium community so unique.
For over 14 years, Equilibrium has been creating opportunities for people to connect, learn, and grow, and this event was a wonderful reminder of the strength of that community!
